The Week We Escaped the MTC
Heyyy so today is my p-day because we leave at 3:50 AM tomorrow morning!!
The other day, my hilarious companion, Sister Hall, fell down a full flight of cement stairs.. haha like 6 or 7 steps.. and she cracked/bruised her tailbone :(
Hahaha it was really funny though! We were laughing so hard haha. Anyway, we were driven to urgent care and we ended up being gone from 6:30 til almost 10:30. We were dropped off at one urgent care place but then it wouldn't accept her health insurance so they called to have an MTC driver some pick us up and bring us to a different place. We were there, alone, missionaries out in the real world, broken free from the MTC, for an hour. Then after we were done we went to Rite Aid and heard Avril Lavinie music playing haha
So that's my long story short of how we escaped from, the MTC.
Also.. Hurricane Harvey(?) Is going crazy in Houston.. praying for everyone! My new Elder friends here are serving in the Houston South mission and have to stay here for another week because of the flooding/storming. Pray for them to stay patient and motivated!
Strong belief + action = faith
