Back to the Valley!

Hey! So yesterday morning, we were at a service project with practically the whole zone - staining/painting a fence..and everyone was getting calls from president about transfers. We didn't think we'd get one because we were pretty sure we were staying together and nothing was going to change, so we were super surprised, when we got a call from President.

Long story short, I will be going down to the valley again, back to my first zone, and will be in Daisy Mountain, with Sister Curry! I will be close to my first area - one of my favorite places!

BUT, pray for me, because I will be in the Phoenix heat this summer 😅😅. Luckily, we will have a car!

This past week, we (our district) taught summer seminary! It was SO fun. The youth are amazing. We taught the plan of salvation and they had such great comments and questions.

We had lots of service, as usual, this week. Helped reorganize drawers, paint fences, unloaded a uhaul in the rain, walked a dog with an investigator, did laundry, cleaned out clutter, made quilts and pillow cases, and more!

It was Barbara's birthday this week, so we gave her a birthday gift and cake and balloons since she was in doctor appointments all day. :)
We went to dinner Tommy, which is always the best. Tommy is like our cool uncle. & Went to the dentist for sister Perez to get her retainer fixed

Saturday was the best day of my life haha it was so fun. So we started out with a rain storm (which we've been fasting and praying for) so we had some dancing in the rain. Then it stopped for a little and came back out of no where and we got poured on when we were out in Chino Valley trying to contact some former investigators. Then we got a call from the zone leaders that they needed help moving someone in to a retirement home, so we went and unloaded the truck, in the rain, from the third floor, took the elevator to the first floor, then walked to the end of the hall haha it was a long process, but so fun. Then we went to Phoenix for Ray's Baptism!! That was the best ever. It was so fun to see Sister Hall and my old YSA ward. The Spirit was so strong at the baptism. There was a beautiful sunset all the way home and it was just such a happy day :)

Fathers Day we had a breakfast appointment, then 5 hours of church, and taught a class. We tried to find some former investigators, but one wasn't home and the other claimed that "Tim" (who we were looking for) died, and then said he moved...we are pretty sure he was Tim. Haha.

Soo yeah, tune in next week for my adventures in Daisy Mountain. Ive heard good things and I'm excited to go there! Love you all!
Here's more pics and a video haha
