Busy Busy

Hi! Busy week.
I always feel like we are just running around trying to help everyone and their mothers and then the day is over after I blink a few times. But its good! Missionary work is exhausting, that's for sure! Lots of service this week! We helped a non member couple unload their moving trucks, along with some members of the elders quorum. We rearranged some furniture and did laundry for Willa (former investigator). Helped paint the Lowry's house (member family with a pregnant wife), organized a wall full of VHS tapes and DVDs for an elderly member, visited Mary Anna and she taught us more about quilting! My quilt is almost done! And we made posters for Brother Murray's display for our wards emergency preparedness activity! It was awesome that the ward had this event, as there have already been multiple fires here. One in Prescott Valley was headed towards the stake center there, and got as close as 500 ft, then out of nowhere, turned and changed directions. Crazy miracles! There were missionaries in and on their way to that building at that moment.
Please PRAY FOR RAIN in the Prescott area!

Oh! HUGE MIRACLEEE! I'm soooooo excited. I heard the best news and it made my week! Ray messaged me and told me he is getting baptized THIS SATURDAY! Ah! So for those of you who read my emails, Ray was someone in my last area in the YSA that we taught and prepared for baptism. We had the font filled and everything on December 16th, and then his mom called 10 mins before the baptism to cancel. Now, on June 16th, exactly 6 months later, he is getting baptized!! AND, I got permission to go!! I'm soooo excited, and soo happy for him. Praying that everything goes smoothly this time.

Also, please keep Gavin in your prayers (he is an investigator who wants to be baptized but his mom wont let him, and he is really struggling right now.)

We had awesome lessons with Sarah, a new investigator, and Debra and Abby (some of our more recent investigators)...but unfortunately, all of them live in different ward boundaries, so they will be taught by the elders. But they are awesome and I'm so happy I was able to be a part of the beginning of their journey to conversion!
Love you all! Love your emails! Keep the emails comin! Ask me any questions you might have!
