2 Baptisms:)
Yay! This week Anna and Riley Wiberg were baptized and confirmed! Such a great weekend. The spirit was strong, a lot of the ward came and supported them, and we did an impromptu musical number haha.
We met with a kinda crazy man (with a couple members - don't worry we are safe) up in black canyon city. Ha that place is sketch, but its an adventure.
We had lots of lessons and meetings this week!
With Jenna, we taught the plan of salvation because that was what she was most curious about! It was so cool as she learned more and shared how it helped answer questions other religions couldn't answer about where we came from, why we are here, and where we are going.
With Raeghan, we just mostly talked about where she's at. Haha she said its weird for her, as a person being taught by missionaries, to receive other missionaries (that she knows from the ward that are serving in other places) weekly emails. She was like "do you talk about me in your emails like they talk about their investigators?" Haha
With Kendall, we talked about spiritual CPR (Church, prayer, read - scriptures) she has been in Canada the past couple weeks so we were g,ad to meet with her again :)
With Christina and Sameer, we taught the restoration ans it was awesome to hear all of Christina's questions, and to hear more of Sam's conversion story from when he joined the church 11 years ago in Jordan. We have our next lesson with them tonight!
With Katy and Lexi, we talked about the gospel of Jesus Christ and specifically baptism. Bishop came to the lesson and it was awesome to witness revelation in action. He was able to be lovingly bold with her about things that can only really come from a bishop. Super cool. We have the best bishops ever!
Other than that, I've just been helping Sister Mathews meet more members and we've been working with them a lot. We have facebook groups for each ward with just 20 families each that we have prayerfully considered to be a part of this miracle chasing group! We share miracle stories and challenges and we pray for these families by name everyday and they pray for us by name everyday too. Its amazing to witness the miracles that are a happening as a direct result of the power of prayer.
Another girl came up to us at church this Sunday and wants to start meeting with us and learning more :) miracles are happening here! We are instruments in Gods hands :)
Our mission scripture:
D&C 133:29 And in the barren deserts there shall come forth pools of living water; and the parched ground shall no longer be a thirsty land!
Love y'all!

Real rain in AZ!?
Baptism pics!
So the one with Brother Boley with his pants rolled up is because the we
heard the font draining during the opening hymn,
so he dove in and put the plug back in and saved the day😂
Sista Summer Hall came to the baptism too because she's
Sister Curry's new companion, so we celebrated hitting our 1 year mark!
