Christmas is starting early!

So a weird thing hit me this week... haha Sister V hit her 3 months out in the field..,and i realized I have 3 months left on the mission.. ahhhhhh I don't want to come home I can't wrap my head around not being a full time missionary! Definitely making the most of it and working hard! 

Christina from my last area is getting baptized in a couple weeks! Im so excited to go! Her husband is also coming to my area tomorrow to translate arabic in a lesson with us!

We had a 2 day Leadership Training Meeting..it was long and exhausting but motivating, spiritual, and fun! We had lunch and dinner and a blitz and dessert and activities. It was great to see some of my favorite missionaries! :) 
On Halloween, we celebrated by going to the temple and doing work for our ancestors. Very cool and peaceful experience. 

This week i taught Sister Vumiliya about Santa Claus, Christmas trees, Easter eggs, the easter bunny, daylight savings, the tooth fairy, etc. Hahah she thinks most of it is evil 😂😂 she is so funny and its so fun to teach her about weird cultural, things. I also taught her about smores, Thanksgiving foods, mints, and how to make brownies. We have so much fun and we are working and biking hard everyday! 
It is amazing the strength behind my own that Heavenly Father has given me.

We listened to Christmas music and put up the Christmas tree just to start off the season early! :)

Loving life! Miracles happen! It is by our faith that Heavenly Father can work through us to perform miracles! God + faith = miracles! Prayer+work = miracles!

Houston, we have a baptism!

Hello, One last time! :') Houston was baptized and confirmed a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints this weekend! It was so powerful. The spirit was tangible.  It is such a bittersweet feeling to know this is my last pday and last email. I feel so much peace and fulfillment that the last 18 months of my life have been in the service of my God.  Around 4 years ago I prayed about how I wanted to serve a mission and asked Him if that was in line with His will for me. Heavenly Father led me to a verse in Doctrine and Covenants chapter 4 that says "..if ye have desires to serve God ye are called to the work". This was one of the rare times where my prayer was answered specifically and written out right in front of me.  Since then, I have received many more answers to my prayers. Its P-day Again!

Hi! Soo I mentioned it Saturday, but I have been transferred! I'm in Maryvale with my MTC companion, Sister Hall. We live with two Hermanas, Cienfuegos and Robison, who also came out the same time as us! Its so fun!  Maryvale is a tad different than Northern Glendale haha. The 2 sounds you always hear are cats meowing and sirens haha.. When I told Flo, a convert in my ward, that I was being transferred to Maryvale, she looked scared, started crying, hugged me super tight and started saying a Catholic type prayer haha.. Kinda made me worried about coming down here but its really not bad, and, the Lord protects His missionaries! I haven't met too many people yet, but the ones I have met are so generous and kind! We spent Thanksgiving with the Floyd's and their friends and family! They were also super kind to us and made us feel like family.  The sealing I went to was a sealing for Jenna and William Schwartz. Roadtrip!

Heyy!! I'm emailing today because its transfer week so P-day is on Tuesdays every 6 weeks. So this was the longest week but so jam packed busy. Let's start with sad news so that we have a happy ending haha.. soo we lost our favorite ward, Sonoran Mountain, with all our progressing investigators, who we love so much, and our family away from home, the Zamarrons :( There were ward boundary and building changes. So, since transfers are this week, they fixed it all up and we got transferred out of that ward. But, we still have our 2 other great wards, and new ward, Arrowhead ranch (which actually has a lot of members we already know because the ward boundaries changed between them and Sierra Verde).  ANYWAY, I feel comfort and peace about this whole situation and... drum roll please, SISTER KNOX IS AN STL (sister training leader)!!
